What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and order information.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the location and the method selected at checkout. Once your order is processed & shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping across Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe, with additional destinations coming soon!

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, unless otherwise stated (pre-orders). Once shipped the timeline, depending on your location, is typically as follows:
Domestic Shipping
Free shipping (Orders $200 +): 5-6 business days after your order is processed and shipped.
Standard ($15) : 3-9 business days after your order is processed and shipped.
Purolator Express: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days once your order has been processed and shipped. Transit times may vary by location. Please refer to your tracking details for the most accurate delivery updates.
International Shipping
Purolator Express: 2-4 business days after your order is processed and shipped.

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items received within 14 days of purchase. Reviews and exchanges requested past 14 days of receiving your purchase will reviewed by our team & accommodated on a case by case basis. Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, we’re happy to make changes within our capabilities or cancel it. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.
Is my order final sale?
All sales are final for the following items: sale purchases, pre-order orders, custom items + collections, e-gift card purchases, gift cards.
Jewelry Info + Care
What is it made of?
Vienna Domani pieces are made from 304 stainless steel and finished with 18k gold plating and a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating, which helps protect our pieces from tarnishing, fading, and everyday wear.
Can I wear my Vienna Domani in water?
Yes! Vienna Domani jewelry is made for everyday wear and can be worn in the shower and in water, including oceans and lakes.
Can I wear my Vienna Domani in the Hot Tub & Pool?
Wearing Vienna Domani jewelry in pools or hot tubs will damage the plating and PVD coating over time due to chlorine, chemicals, and heat. We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before entering.
How should I care for my Vienna Domani?
We recommend avoiding direct contact to high heat, polishing cloths and harsh chemicals (such as chlorine), as these can affect the plating and PVD coating over time. When not in use, store your pieces in your Vienna Domani pouch or jewelry box. Clean your pieces with mild, clear soap and lukewarm water.
